Founded in 1998 by Rich Davis, Re-ACT Consulting is made up of a group of workforce development professionals and Human Resources Professionals who are dedicated to strengthening the citizens, businesses, and
communities of the Greater Philadelphia Region.
We strive to improve the effectiveness of individuals, families, businesses, schools, support organizations, and government entities by facilitating open dialogue, identifying strengths,
educating, and initiating mutual support activities.
We also support Community Weaving America, a volunteer effort that helps create a network of support for families. |

As a certified Workforce Development Professional, he has helped hundreds of people find jobs by giving personalized support. Rich has found that being comfortable at work leads to increased productivity, profits, and job security.
He began his “career” helping in his families’ convenience store in Stamford, CT. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut, Rich re-entered retail and was promoted to jewelry store manager.
